Troubleshoot Screen Flickering in Windows/macOS
Please confirm the docking station is compatible with your laptop first, probably it is power insufficient.
Our docks consume 8W-15W, but some original chargers only provide enough power to run the laptop.
The power will be split evenly if you connect additional devices at the same time, such as phones, CD-ROMs, and hard drives.
Solutions:
1) Please connect a USB C PD Charger with a power of more than 8W higher than the original charger, which will ensure that the docking station has enough power and the high-power device can work stably. A UtechSmart 100W PD charger will give a a lot of help.
2) If your charger can only provide enough power to the laptop itself, please connect the original charger to the laptop, and connect an additional charger via our dock.
